What materials do you use?
We use exclusive high-quality materials including ceramics, acrylics, semi precious gemstones and glass beads from local and international glass makers. Our adjustable claps and chains are made from tarnish-free 14k and 18k gold plating on stainless steel and 925 sterling silver, while our phone straps are crafted using a special nylon cord. We use strong, durable beading wires throughout our threading to create long lasting jewelry.
Will your jewelry fit me?
Inclusivity is extremely important in our design process which is why we’ve included adjustable chains in all our pieces, allowing for complete customization no matter your size. (No toggle clasps or one-size-fits-all here!)
How do customs work?
Our custom collections are some of our most popular items! To order, head to our customs page, select which piece suits your fancy and follow the directions listed under the description. If you have any questions, our DM's are always open or drop us a line at shopbuttercupstudio@gmail.com.
Can you make customs for pets?
Absolutely! We currently offer dream custom bracelets for our fur babies.
Why one of one?
Our one of one pieces are conceptualized, designed and executed with care and a unique artistic vision in mind. Each piece speaks a story and is crafted with one of a kind lampwork beads and other high quality materials selected intentionally for the item. Our one of one pieces are more than just jewelry, they are wearable art forms that aim to cultivate new worlds in the realm of jewelry, art and design.
The item I want is sold out :( Will it be restocked?
Depends. Our core collection and custom requests do restock, however are first come, first serve. Our one of one pieces are available until they are sold and will not be brought back. We recommend signing up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about new launches and updates in order to avoid disapointment!
When will my order be shipped out?
Ready-made pieces will be shipped after 3-5 business days unless stated. For custom orders, please allow us 7-10 business days to process your order. Our jewelry is handmade by a small team and we work closely with each client, which takes some time as we work hard to craft your perfect piece. We're eternally grateful for your support! (っ◔◡◔)っ ❤
