Buttercup Studio is seeking a charismatic, energized, and customer-centric PART-TIME Workshop Associate to curate exceptional beading experiences for The Buttercup Beading Workshop.

This is a paid opportunity with flexible hours.

 Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and establish strong relationships with our customers.
• Assist with setting up and dismantling workshop events efficiently, with care and accurately.
• Provide support to workshop attendees with beading tools, the beading process, and trying on their finished pieces.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, ensuring The Buttercup Charm Bar is appropriately displayed and merchandised.
• Capture and document moments during the workshop for our social media channels.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a fast-paced workshop environment and customer interactions efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service mindset, with the ability to anticipate and exceed customers' needs and expectations.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a polished appearance.
• Prior beading and filming experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing workshop demands.
• A positive and team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to contribute to the success of Buttercup Studio.
• Part-time, weekend availability (up to 4-5 hours).
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and commute to the workshop location.
