RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in its original unworn condition, with all original packaging. To begin the returns process, please contact us at shopbuttercupstudio@gmail.com.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items, and we are unable to provide refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons. However, we are more than happy to exchange the item or provide a credit instead.

How do I process a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopbuttercupstudio@gmail.com and include the following details in your email:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return

Our team will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving our email. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service with a signature upon delivery, as Buttercup Studio cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund within 3 business days. Please ensure that your return meets our return criteria, as we can only accept returns that comply and the original shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited in the event of a return.
