Every Buttercup Studio piece is thoughtfully made and carefully packed from our Toronto studio.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days. During collection launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized pieces are made specifically for you and may require additional production time. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their destination country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

Buttercup Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping carriers.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location.
  • Asking household members, neighbours, or your building concierge.
  • Contacting your local postal carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at info@buttercupstudioo.com, and we'll do our best to assist.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely fulfillment.

For this reason, we are unable to cancel, modify, combine, or make changes to orders once they have been placed, including requests made shortly after checkout due to a change of mind.

Please review your order carefully, including your shipping address, product selection, and any personalization details, before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@buttercupstudioo.com. While we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order has entered processing.

Returns

Eligible, non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Buttercup Studio is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, returns, exchanges, or refunds:

  • Custom or personalized jewellery
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on custom or personalized orders, except in the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
