One of our bestsellers, our custom phone strap is a playful and endearing way to accessorize wherever you go. From start to finish, we work directly with you in helping you design and customize the phone strap of your dreams. Anything is possible! All custom orders are handmade in our Toronto studio.

2. Once you've submitted your order, you'll receive an order confirmation in your email. DM us a screenshot of your order confirmation on Instagram and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours to start the customization process.

3. Choose from our extensive collection of high quality and unique glass beads, pearls and charms. A sample photo of the finished product will be sent once the phone strap is ready. Customization takes 7-10 business days.

4. Happy with the final result? Your order is ready to ship!

How do I attach a phone strap to my phone case?

1. It's simple! Locate on your phone case where you'd like to attach the phone strap. For iPhone we recommend the opening where the Ring/Silent switch is located.

2. Thread your phone strap through the hole.

3. Once in place, open up the thread to create a loop. Gently insert your phone strap through the loop and pull.
